The Ultimate Pillow ships through USPS to residential US addresses only. Sorry, but we can't ship to PO Boxes at this time.
When you place your order, choose your preferred USPS method of shipping upon checkout, and we'll work to fulfill your order between 1 and 3 days from the time it is placed.
Once your pillow is picked, packed, and on its way, we'll update you with the tracking number associated with your order.
We're sure you'll love your Ultimate Pillow. If you do need to make a return, we accept returns on unopened, unused products only, within 30 days of purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please allow time for item return and for your bank to credit the money back you your account.
In the unlikely even that you need to send The Ultimate Pillow back to us, simply log into your account, navigate to your order history, and choose that option from the actions list.
